Our Brisbane Head Office is state of the art with a brand spanking new fitout optimised for hybrid work conditions. We provide the choice to work from home or come in and utilise the office.

All our stellar staff work remotely from Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney and even Bali (before Covid)!

Your role will be providing essential support to the management team through strong teamwork and outstanding client service. The role entails the ability to multitask, initiate improvements and see them through to completion, provide quality administrative support across a variety of business unit activities, which will include support tickets, preparing marketing materials and maintaining internal processes. Your duties may also extend to undertake additional tasks and ad hoc support from time to time.

The Member Success Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of new ChangeGPS members. They will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing the relationship for all clients in their portfolio. They will provide ongoing support throughout the client’s period of service to demonstrate value, as to ensure that we optimise their likelihood of them maintaining our services and identify any opportunity to up sell additional products and services where applicable. They display an aptitude to learn new software apps and updates and to communicate those clearly to our clients. They are proactive and collaboratively involved in resolving technical accounting scenarios and service ticket requirements that require a high level of accounting knowledge.
