Our Submission to the ATO
The latest ATO Distribution Ruling has been an intense topic of conversation across the accounting community the past couple of month.
Through out the web events, some very important questions have been raised by by accountants questioning the original intention of the legislation and the validity of the ATO rulings to change it.
We have collated these thoughts and compiled them into a comprehensive submission to the ATO, which was submitted on Friday 29 April 2022.
We eagerly await the the ATOs review and findings on the submission regarding the outcome.
